Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is defective
- The product received is incorrect
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos of the product.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Refund/ Cancellation policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are initiated to the original payment method
- Refunds will be completed within 5–7 business days
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable
If the return request does not meet our policy conditions, the refund may be declined.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
- To cancel an order, customers must contact us immediately via email or phone
